I flew South African Airways twice in the last 10 Days and I have to say that they are indeed good.They respect the customers preferences at any time of the flight.
I flew Mumbai - Johannesburg and back, and the air hostesses were indeed very polite, kind and literally obliged for every request being made by the passengers.
The crew were a mix of both Black and White people but, they made sure that every passenger was promptly attended to. The flights were on time both ways.
The food served was of great quality and we were served a full meal for the lunch and dinner ( Johannesburg - Mumbai ). And a very good late night meal and an excellent breakfast was served ( Mumbai -Johannesburg ). The in house entertainment was very good, and there was a good blend of Music channels playing too.
All in all it was a pleasant flight and I’m definitely looking forward to fly this airline again.
