I had very bad experience from South Indian Bank Cashier Geddalahalli branch kothanur post, Bangalore-77
We wanted to deposit INR 6K to my wife’s savings account in branch, branch working works as per bank update till 4 PM, we had filled the forms and waited at Cashier counter from 3.45 PM, no one else is there in the Queue, Cashier lady was doing something with system and after 4.15 she looked us and said time up you cannot deposit,
We are not understand the behavior of the Bank staff and branch Manager also looking and simply, no hope
Not only today, staffs are not responding properly for customer queries,
They won’t bother about customer, simply chat with them self-passing joke and comments,
We need to change the account with other banks, however our organization keeping salary account with the same branch,
Friend be ware before getting relationship with SIB, no proper service with branch and ATM
