This is in regards to the misbehaved, insulted, and used unprofessional words "GET LOST" & by your Employee Mr. Logesh M(Branch Manager -Vadakankulam) currently posted in the Nagercoil Branch this incident almost took 7 months back, when myself with my wife approached to him in Vadakankullam Branch about our home loan quires, and int penal charges, losing his temper, for our poor understanding and clarification which he reacted to us Mr. Logesh M Insulting Me and my wife abusing us and asking us to GET LOST in front of your whole SIB VADAKANKULAM STAFF and PUBLIC who were present in the bank. Due to my next day travel to my work(Abroad), I couldnt lodge a complaint to the local police station. and now due to the pandemic, I am back, in India and visited the Nagercoil Branch to check to meet the new branch manager to check the status of our Home loan, and we found Mr. Logesh M, and again he was showing very disrespect(myself & Wife) and was not ready to cooperate and clarify us on our High Interest. I am afraid, and I am worried for South Indian Bank that Mr. Logesh M can ruin your loyal customer as he doesnt respect any customer care core values if you fail to take action against him and should be apologizing, or we need to take any legal action against your Employe Mr. Logesh M, Please note your complaint reference no 225003
