Hi, I’ Manash K and have opened an S/b account with S I B Kolkata at the G. C. Avenue branch in Sept. 2012. I have been operating this account since then and like the kind of service this bank has offered me. I have been given a lot of facilities which I find to be very help full. The bank has a lot ATM services which helps me as I have to travel all over the city.
They have from time to time offered a lot of prizes as well as lot of gifts to be one through different scheme like using the Debit Card for purchase.
The best thing I like about this bank is that the staff here are very helpful in the branch/s where I go for my transactions and they go out of their way to help as and when required.
A friend of my from the U S had sent some remittance through Western Union and the bank had helped to receive it in my account.
I was so pleased with their customer service that I recommended my daughter to open an account with S I B a few months back and she is also very happy with their service.
