I want share my abashed experience.
On the occasion of my birthday, I organized a party at Aminia - Esplanade - Kolkata. Everyone was just waiting for the good food to be happy.First, food was given by us after a lot of time. we losted our energy. It was not that there was too much crowd.Still, we agreed that it was too late because we were very hungry.We order biriyani, Chicken Chap, Firni, because we all love. The environment was not good and very unhygienic.The waiters didn’t even know the actual meaning of customer satisfaction and ready to fight with customer in any point of time.
The food was not good at all.my friends were realized that it was not prepared today and my feelings was same. when I called the waiter, he refused our opinion. We could not eat anybody.it s really this situation made me ashamed.Then to digest the bad food we ordered cold drinks and they provide 250 ml cold drinks for Rs 40. We decided that we will never go to Aminia.
