We had to shift from Chennai to Noida as my I was being transferred. The items included normal house hold item, cloths, few electronic goods and my car. I did research on multiple packers and movers and went through the reviews but finally decided upon Southern Express Packers and Movers as it was having although the positive and negative reviews in MouthShut_Official . I called them up for a qoute and it was little higher side but since the relocation was paid for I didnt bother. I booked them and asked them to come on a Saturday at about 10 am. Here starts my amazement I get a call at 9.30 from the guy that he is at the landmark I had given so I went there and there were three guys with a pick up van which had the .
I had packed most of the stuff myself not expecting much from them, but I was wrong, they carried boxes, tapes, plastic wrappers and everything and the packing was done in 40 mins max and it was of very high quality. Now it was time for my precious(you know how guys are about their car:P) car. The supervisor listed down each and evry scratch and bumps. Noted down engine number, body number, battery number, tyre number(which I didn’t knew exist). So there was an exhaustive list of everything. After that they drove away the car and my stuff and to be honest I thought I just pushed my car off a cliff.
They asked for 4 days, on the 3rd day I got a call from Southern Express Packers and Movers Side that my car has reached and they will deliver by 5 pm and they asked if it was ok if they deliver rest of stuff on next day since they had other deliveries on the same route next day, well! no issues for me:). I got a call @ 5.30 that the car has reached near my home next day morning I got the other items. Now I inspect the car and the delivery guy insist on checking the engine number, battery number, whether the AC works or not, wipers, tyres and finally I had to tell him its ok everything looks fine. Although there was a bad scrath under the front bumper(which I guess was from the ramp).
Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the service and most importantly the punctuality.
