Not sure how the previous reviews are so high for this packers. I have never seen such a unprofessional, unplanned kind of work.
One guy came for the estimate and he looked at the things need to be shipped and gave me the estimate. He said he noted down how many boxes needed and how much big vehicle is needed to shift. He said exclusive vehicle will be arranged and things will be delivered on the next day of packing. Gave me the quotation and everything accepted and confirmed with the date of shipment.
On the day of shipment, they didnt come at the accepted time. We called many times and no one picked the phone. Finally the person whom I talked to have picked the phone and said he is in Delhi and will arrange for a people to come for packing. They came very very late, even after repeated calls made. On that day night we have booked the ticket and need to travel. Till evening 3 PM, no one have come. Finally one group of KIDS have come to our home and said they are going to take the things. You know on what vehicle they have come for the shipment. TATA ACE... IDIOTS... I have all the major items in my house and even 407 might not be sufficient. ALSO they have NOT bought any packing materials. PATHETIC...
The KIDS are telling, they are going to take all my materials to one of their packing area and from there they will pack and ship all these items. ARE YOU PEOPLE MAD... WHAT THE HECK.. WHICH IDIOT PEOPLE WILL DO LIKE THIS. They want to just put all the items in that PATHETICALLY SMALL vehicle and go to some place, dump it there and then from there they will ship it. OUT OF MIND IDIOTS.. Not even my Sofa will fit in your idiotic vehicle..
Finally in the last moment, I need to find some other way of shipping my goods and it was such a PATHETIC EXPERIENCE..
