I recently moved from Chennai to Bangalore. After going through few reviews, I have booked Southern Express packers and movers.
A guy called D.K Sharma visited the place, prior to the movement and he quoted 12500 over the phone.
After reaching my place, he starting moving away from the committed price and again he quoted 18000. See the drastic hike in price.
I said fine, i’ll pay him.On the day of the packing, he again started cribbing, stating its a loss for him. There is no profit in my packing and moving.
He again asked for additional 2000, For which I said, NO and he started using abusive words and he was demanding 2000.
I want my packing to reach safely. Hence I agreed to his far much hiked price of 18000.
I was completely unhappy customer. Below are the points:
1 Packing was not proper.
2 manner less people.
3 Ridiculous customer service.
4 My Items were Damaged.
5 After reaching Bangalore, they did not fit my cot and other things as promised.
6 Helpers ran away, with out informing us.
I’ll never recommend Southern packers and movers. If any one wants to go.
BEWARE Finally I ended up knocking consumer court for help for my missing goods. Case number. I got to know even the address mentioned on the website or email is fake.
Chennai Madhavaram, now it has turned up a case for forgery now. I’m advised by consumer court to submit a complaint copy at police station to involve them here as well.
