Southern tours & travels, big name for all south Indians who want to visit Delhi or any north Indian tourist spots. We also thought the same. We selected them over others for their name, we booked a full 9 day tour consisting of Manali, Vaioshanvi Devi, etc.,
The problem started with the first day of journey itself. The A/c bus which we were travelling, started leaking by the time we left Delhi and by the time we were in Harayana, my fellow travellers were drenched in cold water. we stopped the bus and cleaner ( who always drunk) got on the top of the bus, started making some repairs.
We thought this is the one of the instances, but not to be..... this continued throught out our journey and it was fun to watch these guys, whenever the bus is stopped, some one will always be on the top to do some repairs.
Forget abt the bus, these people doesn’t have any time sense or listening to customers. Our guide was pathetic, good not speak english and doesn’t know what to say in half of the places. Where he knows... god only knows where he would disappear to.
Actually travellers were ready every morning, but bus & tour operators guys were not ready most of the time. Joker of the pack was the GM of this company, who doesn’t know what is meant by customer satisfaction or customer interaction. This guy thinks, it is always the customer who creates the problem and doesn’t want to listen to us at all. I really don’t know how he survived in this industry for so long. Southern hotel not much said about this is better... the money making, filthy hotel.....
