Before two weeks my relatives visited this mall and they purchased many items. When they returned to home and checked the bill they found an unexpected issue related to the billing ; "Different prices were levied for the same products".
We didnt know why that happened so my brothers decided to meet the branch manager and inform this issue, because we thought that it might be due to the IT issue or internal server issue. But when they met the BM, instead of addressing the issue, he offered to take the amount which were extra charged.
A little amount does not matter more for an individual but it does a big matter for a Mall which is receiving a huge customers who are individually being extra or wrong charged.We dont want money but we want FAIR PRACTICE.
