This internet service provider is one of the most pathetic in Mumbai. I’ve used 2 other ISP services and Sparks is the worst of all. The internet speed is never constant and j keeps fluctuating. Connection disconnects often atleast twice a week for more an hour. The call center executives are unprofessional that never can answer what’s wrong with the service. They always give one of the 2 reasons that is there’s a power cable cut or there’s a replacement with fibre cable. There have been times when my internet was disconnected for more than 24 hours and have never got an extension in my subscription, the customer service is worst service not responds the broadband,
