I want to share my view on Sparx Footwear and I have purchased this Sparx footwear in Amazon and the Sparx is an branded one only but the shoes I have purchased are full of holes inside and it seems like used shoes and I felt very sorry for it and I thought to return it back and get my refund.
Customer support:
The customer support is very poor and they don’t have an toll-free number and they extend the call for long time and they are not at all responsible in their duties and I am fed up with them.
Staff courtesy:
The staff are not patient and they beg the customers to buy the shoes model which are in pending state it means which are not sold.
Poor quality:
I am not at all satisfied with the quality of the shoes and I never thought this happens in the branded shoes
CONS:
Poor customer support.
Staff are not patient
Finally, I never recommend this shoes to anyone
