I have always eaten Amritsari kulcha from Amritsar as it is the place where kulcha becomes famous. So I was in a delusion that no other city other than Amritsar can produce best kulcha. But I was wrong When I tasted the kulcha at phase 9 Chandigarh I was pleasantly surprised because it was so good. It taste exactly like I ate in Amritsar if not better. The flavour of the spices and the butter on top reminded me of Amritsari Kulcha. The main thing in the kulcha to look for is when you crush it with your hands it makes crushing sound which indicates that the kulcha is nicely cooked and it is going to give you the texture and feeling of Amritsari kulcha.
