I went to book Tpermit wagon R LXi car in my wife’s name in Show room on 15th Jan, 2017. The executive sameer attended and explain me detail and told me about waiting period of 3-4 months and he told me if I want early delivery so I have to book through their DSA Swastik Group. The Executive call Shravan Shukla the owner of the Swastik group and introduce me as their DSA. Shravan Shukla explain me about the procedure and told me that he will give me the delivery within 20days and told me to give the delivery on 11 january, 2017 and give me the list of document. We once again went to the showroom with the documents on 19th january, 2017. Kunal Patel another executive of spectra motor came into existence and deal with us and explain me the same thing and ask as to pay the booking amount of Rs.51, 000/- in the name of Swastik Group when I inquire why I should issue the cheque in the name of DSA the executive of Spectra motors told me that they keep Rs.10lacs with the spectra motors and there cars were already booked therefore you will get your delivery on urgent basis. so you have to give the booking amount in the name of swastik group. I have given the cheque and I got the booking receipt of Spectra motors and swastik group in my company name Nisar Nakhwa Tours and Travel and the proprietor of the company my wife names.
Shravan shukla the owner of Swastik group told me that he will start the procedure of approving the car loan and when it get approved I have to pay the next installment for registration, insurance and accessories of Rs.86, 531/-
