ABSOLUTE UNPROFESSIONAL ATTITUDE

I am an existing spectra-net customer and my customer ID is[protected]BAN-036636 and my last quarterly bill(50 MBPS UNLIMITED) was due on 25/08/2018. Instead of aishwaryasingh23ing the quarterly bill, I opted for a new connection( Spectra basic 100 MBPS 200 GB/month) connection and paid Rs 8253/- for 6 months(on 25/08/2018) along with new connection fees of Rs 1000/- so to get a benefit of 400 GB /month. Spectranet customer executive called me the same day and promised to do the needful to continue with the same account ID and with the new plan.Till now neither the new connection is done or the existing connection activated .Instead my old connection is deactivated citing reason"non aishwaryasingh23ment of dues".


The company was contacted several time on phone and as per their direction e-mail was sent to Mr K CHETAN(K.Chethan@spectra.co) attaching the spectra-net site screen shot with the order reference no(12479-[protected]) and the Cred824it card aishwaryasingh23ment proof as attachments.


Despite giving several promise to restore the internet broadband connection, the company failed to resolve the issue till now keeping me waiting for more than one month.
