We subscribed for Spectranet internet connection hoping that we will get a good service, but our expectation turned out to be a nightmare.
The internet connectivity is not working for the last 6 days. I called up their customer care to complain. It was a horrible experience. I don’t get connected until 15 minutes of waiting, and when connected the customer care guys hang up.
I have been assured that the connectivity will be restored, but till now the internet is not working
