Spectranet is the worst service one can get. They promised 20 mbps speed but after one day of installation what I get is around 2 mbps of speed. Worst is that they charge you in advance for the whole quarter so good luck trying to refund your money for the bad service they are giving. Customer care will never pick up the phone. Also their so claimed free installation does not include wireless router. I dnt know what kind of broadband service thinks tht people are still using wired connections in this age of mobile devices
