I am from Pune (Pimple Saudagar). I have been a Spectranet broadband customer for 3 months now. The internet service is highly unreliable. There are frequent breakdowns and whenever there is a breakdown of service, the customer support is not reachable. (18602660099).
This has happened to me multiple times. Every now and then, the internet is not working and when I try to call them I get an automated message "We are always there to help you." The truth is, Spectranet doesn’t care about customer.
I have noticed this as a pattern, whenever the internet is down, the customer care is not reachable until the line is backup again. These breakdowns last for more than 8 hours. I once tried calling them at-least 30 times in a span of 4 hours, believing that I will get through at-least once. But no!!!! It appears to me that they just disconnect the customer service line and go on a holiday!!
Such stupid and unprofessional behavior has disappointed me!!! I believe that Spectranet should be taken to court for not delivering on the promises they make.
