I placed a pre-paid online order on 17th May 2021 during the’lockdown’ through mobile App and this is the first time. The order no. is # 003404390 and worth of Rs. 1541. The store from where it was delivered is Rathtala, BT Road, Kolkata.
According to them the order dispatched on 18th May, 2021, however one item Makino Twist Pizza Corn Chips Pch 60 g(product No. 1332462) was not given(which was in the list and I already paid for the same Rs. 35).
I received a Email regarding the return of Rs. 28(the money has not come) for the same, however, they charged me Rs. 7 for GST without given the product, I have the written evidence.
Spencer shop is now in such poverty condition that needs to take money from Customer without giving product. Then can raise their hand, we are ready to give them donation. Actually, this appears to be a case of forgery/cheat and/or breach of trust on the part of Spencer’s.
Don’t trust SPENCERS.
