I am using spice telecom mobile number from last 10 months in chandigarh, from the second month onwards, I am experiencing their total failed telecom network, , starting from cal drop, , network chocked, , roaming blackouts from spice end, very bad customer service especially at company showrooms in chandigarh, (no follow ups), I regret my decision to choose this stupid company’s services.
I got activated GPRS on my cell(N73) and later found some of the websites are not opening, lodged complaint, but despite several phones at cust care no resolution can be given, ultimately I got it deactivated.I am waiting for that number portability service to be adopted by telecom companies to get rid of this nightmare.
Finally I would like to tell , that prior to this I have used airtel for two years but never faced these type of service issues, , only they cheat you heavily in billings.There is only one and only one plus point of spice is that they don’t charge you extra in bill normally.
