Had a real bad experience with this phone.
Phone audio quality is good, Network reception is better then Xolo phones. Good gaming experience. But have major issues which made it a non-usable handset.
1: Phone gets blue screen with msg "Cleaning up resources" with some Chinese language as well at bottom many times when I try to answer a call(phone was only 2 days old). Upgraded phone with latest package.
Did factory reset. Still issue was there. Went to service center for checkup. Was asked for replacement. Got replacement handset immediately, opened it in front of store guys, got exactly same issue. Tried another box packed, same issue. Was using 2 sims which this phone is a dual sim. Was told by service center guys that I am not the only one facing this issue. Paid another 6000 & bought Samsung Core.
2.: Battery used to last barely 8-10 hours with moderate use.
I’ll never ever buy a Spice phone.
