I have been visiting Spice garden restaurant near the Marathalli flyover for the last 3 years or may be even more.
This weekend when I visited the place after a gap of about 6 months, I realised the place has become absolutely pathetic especially in terms of service
The food took more than 50 minutes to be served. The starters were served after the food. On complaining all that we heard from the waiters and the guy in the tie was - we are doing the best
The rotis were given cold and the quality of the food had also deteriorated. After all this.. when we were given tissues - they were all eaten up by rats from the side.. and when we went to complaint to the manager - Mr. Vargheese - the attitude was ’ ok.. I will look into it’ - no sorry no nothing.
NOT RECOMMENDED TO ANYONE who wants to have a good time with friends.
