Hi there folks , I’m gonna write another genuine and unbiased review and It’s gonna be on one of the most pathetic situation I’ve ever been in . This is about this phone which has got a very poor built battery that can blast anytime beware. I bought this phone about 6 months ago and I liked it at first , but after using it a month I started seeing some swelling in the back cover , I ignored it but after a couple of day when I opened the back cover to check , I was shocked to see that the battery has swollen to the double of it’s origional size , I was afraid and removed the battery , when I took the repair shop , the repair guy told my that my phone could have blasted anytime . I was so afraid . After that I went to the customer support to ask for a replacement of the battery as I had the warranty card along with me , but they just ignored me and told me they can do nothing about it and it was my fault , I was very disappointed. The sound reception was so poor as they don’t use good quality speakers . It wasn’t user friendly at all as it could have blasted any time and could’ve killed me . The style and design are very simple , not so elegant . Overall this product can’t be reccommend to anyone to purchase as it can be very harmful to their lives because of it’s low quality batteries .
