I was buy Spice MI 352 Model for my wife. accidentally display LCD broken. I went for repair it at Service center in Ahmedabad at Sardar center near Vastrapur lake.
Service center Customer care executive told me that is your site damage so you have to need to pay for new LCD display. I am agreed. I am ready for it. He told me for inquiry about my mobile repairing status.
When I called him then Customer executive replied me that we change the display but some function aren’t working like Need on Speaker mode when you receiving incoming calls.
So for that Service center had need to send this mobile at Delhi, India So you can call us for your mobile status after 15 days.
I am surprise if Ahmedabad Spice mobile Service center not able to repair small problem then it is worthy in Ahmedabad?
It is just mobile repairing collection Center which collecting mobile and send at Delhi for repairing?
Afterall I get my mobile back on 26th October 2013 and I was put it in service center on 25 September, 2013.
I am more surprise for that the service center was multi-mobile service center in Ahmedabad.
