Spice is Not reachable
I am a customer of spice since past 3 Years( Yes 3 Whole Years since Feb 2004), and I still like to stay with it, as I am a marketing Professional and the Number is very important as it is extensively advertised every where and I cant change It.
The Problem lies in that they don’t have the a Good Customer Care Service, I need to try at least 15-20 times to connect and hear the Voice "Namaskara welcome to spice customer care" and after that a long wait of 15-30 minutes, but the problem doesn’t end here, suddenly your call could be dropped, or you will hear "Sorry we are unable to process your request due to a long Que" and hangs up!

If you cant handle the customer inquiries, why woo people by appointing Priyanka and taking more and more connection, spend on hiring people for customer care service you are in Bangalore where their are thousands who can get this job.
And no use of spending on Advertising to fool more people.
Actually I wanted to ask for some settings and problems I am facing and here I am trying every day spending 30-40 minutes just to reach customer care!
Think what happens to those who loose their cell and wants to Bar the outgoing they are in more trouble.
Also I want to point out one incident when asked the lady in Spice Hot spot in Jayanagar 3rd Block, that we need to wait for 10-15 minutes to reach Customer care she rudely answered that "Estond Janaa Ardha Ghante Kaayitaare"(Many people wait for 30 minutes!)
But also I want to point out that once I am able to reach the CC they solve the problem within the specified time, (and no complaints about representatives) and also the Tariff and Outgoing Rates are Cheapest in Karnataka, and I think Air tel can be called as Looters when it comes to Charges.
Spice needs to work on it immediately If only I was able to reach CC in my 1st / 2nd attempt I would not have written this article about a relationship of 3 years!
And mind you I have not posted this just after facing it for 1-2 weeks but I am facing this problem since 6 months.( Good that I found Mouth shut).

Just Updating - The Network Problem still continuous, and You will be the Lucky one if you reach the customer care within 20 minutes and I was the one Lucky soul today morning, to reach the Customer Care within 20 minutes, First I tried blasting the executive about the Network coverage, then here comes another EXCUSE,
he says,
Spice is going to Join Idea and the Integration will result in temporary network Problems, after hearing this I loosed all my temper and
Oops I mistakenly pressed the End Button, and then you know I did not had the courage to wait, wait for getting lucky once more.
Spice has announced to increase the SMS Pack to Rs.25/month from current Rs.10 and also after availing this pack the charges will be 5ps(Previously it was 1ps)
