Last month while coming back Pune from New Delhi I had a journey in Spice jet. Because urgency I traveled to New Delhi and after a week I had to join my office back, so I had no reservations and flight timing was also crucial to me. So I booked Spice 1930 Flight from new Delhi and reached sharp 1860 at counter.
There were 8 spicejet counters and only 2 counters were working, there was a huge zig zag line on which I was told to wait my turn. When asked about why they are not working, I was told they are closed, and will be opened soon, dint the executive knew when’s the flight time is and when the passenger will start arriving.
So after 10-15 minutes in line got my turn and I was done with formalities in another 2 minutes.
The flight journey was not good as I got the seat 4F among fronts seats, that was all behind the three full rows of Spice Jet air hostess and staffs. They kept talking, finding trallers doing weird things are then making fun of them among themselves.
Overall its a average airline service like any other. The food is too costs, 2 tasteless samosas and 1 Tin Coke costs 250.
I always carry minutes maid drink during my journey.
