I have the flight from Gorakhpur to Delhi on 1st May 2018. I was with my brother and sister and when we have reached there and goes to spicejet counter then they were saying that the flight have been gone before. Its time because in our ticket there was different time. then we have say them that they have not inform us. They said that you have missed flight we can’t do anything. But we told them check you have not given information about the pre pond of flight. Then we have written e mial to higher authorities. Then we contact to the customer care for refund us the money back. After 2 weeks they have given us money back. But I was missed my exam by this arrangement.
Very upset by the arrangements done by spice jet.
