SpiceJet is India’s affordable airline services.I am a very common man and I cannot afford to travel on airlines.And my everyday commute is not very much by airlines only when I have to go somewhere fast or in emergency cases.
But anyways previous year Spicejet started offers to attract more customers by providing tickets at just rupees 4000 to 5000.So being affordable in price I was able to get my family and my Grandmother to visit Delhi to her sister she didn’t saw for a really long time and nor her sister as they both are very old age for travelling .
So it was a really a good oppertunity. I bought the tickets and was at airport.Being an airlines company you expect them to treat their customer nicely but they were acting like conducters on a bus .They were like just get in get in and show tickets.My grandmother was not able to climb stairs but instead of helping they were telling us to hurry.I was really angry at that time but I didn’t say anything.The onboard experience was also not good.The food was just ok.The air hostesses were very rude for their profession.Never I saw such rude and arrogant air hostess that don’t want to do anything.Even asking for water they will just talk in middle with other air hostesses and won’t listen to what we said.Anyways I was able to get my grandmother to meet her sister and that because of spicejet.I thank them.But still I wilk not say the flight experience was any good.So in my thoughts it was ok.Not great or good.But ok.
