I booked the ticket through online for Dubai - Pune but I never checked/selected MyFlexiPlan and after I made the payment then only I came to know that they charged me the MyFlexiPlan Services Add-On charge of AED 58.
Then I contacted the Call Center and also wrote the email to their custrelations email address they saying they cannot refund the amount because it is isolated and cannot refund.
They dont want to refund the amount they got. If I would pay the same amount AED 380 I could have fly through Ethihad(5 star) airline with the 5 star services.
I had a worst experience and BEWARE OF SPICEJECT CHEAP TRICKS TO LOOT YOUR MONEY FOR THOSE ADD-ONS YOU NEVER NEEDED OR DOESN’T COST YOU ANYTHING,
