Pathetic, You know why? Undoubtedly cheapest domestic flight, same time worst service carrier. Flight delay, timing changes are their day to day activity.
This time they didn’t even bother to inform me that flight timing has changed.
They don’t bother or care about customers priority and urgency. Staff is equally rude. Bravo to Indian government to keep faith on such companies.They offer to refund the money as they feel like they can offer any stupid thing and passenger will accept.
