I have had the worst flying experiences with this carrier. For starters, They are never on time. This time they pushed the limit. Usually there are flight delays when I fly from chennai- Madurai or to Tuticorin. I’m forced to rely on this useless airline cos there are no there airlines operating in this area(Chennai-Tuticorin). Today while checking in, I asked the attendant at the checkin counter weather there were any delays and the reply was no to my surprise. I made important business plans accordingly. Then comes the surprise 5 mins before Boarding. The boarding attendant informs me that there is a delay by a couple of hours. This airline is so messed up on the inside and none of the employees are on the loop. I had to miss out on important business engagements. I’m never flying spicejet again(if it means taking a bus or a train) and i’m gonna urge others not to do so as well. They dont even have the courtesy to inform well in advance inspite of taking so much money from us(Rs. 6000 for abt 600kms). If you cant keep your customers satisfied, I think you should shut down your operations. Dont ever rely on Spicejet guys.
