I signed up for Spicejet Club membership. I tried to pay through Spicejet Cash points and though the booking didn’t get confirmed and no PNR no was allotted, but still my Cash points got debited.
Their website shows the status as "In process" but the points are not getting released and neither are being credited back to my account.
I have been writing to their customer care and also calling them up several times, but they are not doing anything to reverse the transaction or credit the Cash points back to my account.
They either don’t have their systems in place or are big cheaters. Either way they are losing their credibility.
