I have booked my flight from Delhi to Ahmadabad on 12th July, 2017, In Delhi Airport, Spice Jet counter staff is very careless, because we all passengers are waiting for boarding pass and for submitting our luggage from 12 o’clock, but no staff did not come at counter and told that they will come at night 2 o’clock, but no one came upto 3 o’clock. We, all passengers are suffering a lot, and that is a night time, no one go outside also. If we go to inquiry counter, they told us that there is a staff shortage.
After that my flight is on 6.20 a.m, in flight also, there is a very bad service. All services are chargeable rather than other flight. Even they are not offering water also. Water is also chargeable there. In the matter of Punctuality, zero mark is given because they only told us that flight is going, but in originally it is not going. Whatever they are saying, it is not happened in reality. Very bad experience in Spice Jet.
