This airlines canceled the flight I booked for my parents and did not even have the courtesy to call and inform. They send a sms and by luck I saw the SMS.
If not my old parents would have to go there and get confused about what happened to their flight.
They were not able to bool alternate flight on the same route within one week and they were asking to take a longer route where the senior citizen couple have to change airlines. No care or sense or value for customer’s time and money. They told no another flight within one week and I had to cancel the ticket.
Waiting for the refund for the next few days.I have already traveled three times in this flight and the first instance of non commitment makes feel sad.Ticket id is V642HS. And the effort we took to book the flight - Swaha.
