Note - this review is totally based on my father’s experience during the travel.
The moment my father entered the airport, the first thing he saw was that the flight was delayed by 1h30m that was annoying for him.
When finally the call was made for check-in he rushed to the security after all the process he was finally seated in his seat in business class.
During the journey his leg touched something under his seat.it was a used food tray.the air hostess services was not as responsive.
Food provided was good.but it was not too much hot. As it is a personal experience and sometimes it happens. So I won’t say you should book that flight or not.just sharing my experience.
