I am really thankful for the prompt action taken. And I have got a call from Sri Ajith Madhavan sir informing me the technical glitches which led to the delay in payout of commission. So firstly, I would thank him personally for that and letting me know.
Also I have received an email from accounts about the commission details which were not known to me till date. Also I have removed the earlier post of mine since it is no more required and secondly I have only one issue is that from day one even though I sent multiple emails to salesdesk id I never really got even a one line acknowledgement email, which is what made me write the earlier post to you sir. I think its just that there has been some sort of miscommunication between me and Ajith ji. Probably the times whenver I called were his busy times.
I am sorry and I completely take back my words as it is not my business to see what he is doing and also may be he has got a lot of resposibilities as well. We are a very small agent and since our account is very new I hit the panic button as earlier also there were some issues details can be availed thru salesdesk. Sorry for having taken so much of your valuable time.
