Hi guys, I really like to share my personal experience on spicejet airlines. last year one of my cousin marriage in mumbai. so my family members decide that to visit mumbai and my dad told me to booked the tickets in spicejet . so I booked 4 tickets for my family members from chennai to mumbai . that was my great mistake I booked it. its a worst travel I have ever seen. I got my tickets 2 days before on departure. and I reached airport on the day of departure. we stand nearly 1 hour in chek in counter it goes very slow process. after that our flight got one and half hour delayed. I still waited till flight arrives . when it arrives at airport and when we go in plane and new announcement is being hear that it takes half an hour to fly .its unpunctuallity really got so much irritated. once we boarded in flight to sit. flight seats are too closed its very discomfortable . the seatings are such that you feel pain in the back after a few time. staffs are not at all well trained. I asked water to drink. they did not provide water too. I got so much disappointment about this travel so friends I recommend not to travel anymore in spcejet.
