I am a Delhi malalayi came from Kerala, recently two months before, at the end of annual leave I used spice jet(SG-8562) to back Delhi(PNR- OBI3PG). Actually it was not my first experience in spice jet.
On the check in, whenever I requested for a window seat they behave very badly, actually I don’t remember his name but he said "nothing have to see on the air, so you just sit wherever we allotted for you", I don’t know what mentality they have. after all we are customers.
When I completed the boarding process, on the airline I don’t wish to remember that experience. after all we expect a minimum lug space in between the seats but unfortunately it was very horrible. On that 3.15 hours they don’t know how much pain I endured. Apart from all these worst experience I don’t get what they mean by "spicy", may be they use it only for business purpose because after charging Rs. 4500/- even they won’t provide snacks. even if we ask for a glass of water they won’t give it with priority.
last year also I had used spice jet but with God grace this time airline won’t make delay, "thanks to God".
What ever happened, even if I need to postpone my journey, won’t take spice jet in future. we have so many good airlines in India except spice jet.
