Poor customer service

Took a Spicejet flight from Goa to Delhi on 7th August 2016. Earlier when booked the flight was at 15:30, a week before we got a text msg that the flight has been preponed to 13:35. Sitting at the waiting area we got to know the flight is delayed due to congestion. The boarding gates opened at 13:50 and we were on board by 14:00. We took off from the ground at 14:45.


While waiting for 45mins inside the cabin it was extremely warm & suffocating. Cabin crew was extremely negligent.


At the time of food serving, the crew went in the middle of the cabin to serve and was serving only there for around 45mins. I had to get up and ask the crew for water even after pressing call button at overhead panel thrice . Not only me but the other fellow passengers were also angry as they were also not being served after multiple requests. Their communicating tone were "YES" in a rude manner incase we press the call button.


I would recommend to pay more and board a better airline.Ground Staff is equally slow. I felt I was at a government office and dealing with Government people.Most disgusting experience ever had with Spicejet.
