I had a lot of apprehensions travelling by the airline .. biut I booked my tickets on our return journey from Goa to Delhi on . The counter staff was not impressive.. they had no smile on their face just a frown .. I see no reason why one does not smile being in the service industry so what if you are low cost .. a smaile does not cost anything anyways. Boarding was very slow and whilst boarding it was raining .. but the passengers were made to walk to the aircraft in the rain .. but on the aircraft the crew was absolutely wonderful .. acknowledging people and smiling too !! they serve nothing but water and cookies on board but thats ok.. you can carry your own food. as far as punctuality is concerened it was infact before time that we arrived. The captain was also very very interactive and kept addressing the passengers and keeping them informed. All in all a very good experience .. nothing to complain but definitely an airline one should consider travel by. But if they can somehow make it more comfortable to sit would be great ..
