I travel frequently from Bangalore to Guwahati and back to Bangalore and really the service was awful.
I was travelling from Guwahati to Bangalore in last September and was really a bad experience.
Firstly the flight is delayed and then the flight was really uncomfortable without proper air conditioning.
The staff was somehow managing things but was really a bad experience and I felt hot and stuffy throughout the flight. Also the flight wasn’t cleaned properly and really needs a proper check before letting on passengers on board.
I hope it was just a one off and have decided to travel keeping it as the last option only.as tickets in this route aren’t cheap by Spicejet.
