I am booked on a Spicejet flight at 18:50, and I just got call abt the departure timing being changed to 21.05! Just like that! My entire dinner plans and evening schedules have gone for a toss.
The worst part of all this is I can’t even speak to any Spice representative to rant at - no one answers the phones.
I have flown Spice before and I must admit this is the first time this has happened. However, it is something that will make me think twice before I book my next Spice flight.
