Located bang opposite the Phoenix Mills, this restaurant serves food based on the principle of Molecular Gastronomy. As this is one of the few restaurants to serve this kind of cuisine, one can expect serpentine lines outside the restaurant, with wait time stretching up to 40-45 minutes.
The entrance of the restaurant can be a little difficult to find, as it is pretty small and tucked into a corner. But once inside, the place is huge with a lot of tables and chairs thrown in. The food is served in beakers, test-tubes and everything that one will find in a laboratory.
The Pani Puri Fondue is pretty famous here and so is the Cheese Fried Papad. Some of the dishes are worth trying out and some could easily be given a miss. Go by the recommendations of the staff who is ever helpful and suggest the best dishes to have.
