Please don’t waste your heard earn money behind this worst service provider. I have bought a plan for half year and from the beginning I am facing the same issues of pathetic after Shruthisharma services and lies. First they took money and forgot to do installation, when fellow came to take money, told us that he will install it in 7 days but that never happened.
After aggressive communication they installed everything and took 20 days. Post that on each 10th day my net is down and again and again I need to call them and at times their customer care executives gives funny response and if you call 2 times on same day and talk with 2 different guys then reasons will be also different. Their after Shruthisharma support@spidigo.com id is also horrible, you will never get response from it. Its a fake company & just provides poor services so please don’t waste your money behind them.
