First of all Spinny website doesn’t allow to provide proper feedback. They only have scripted feedbacks in their favour
The executive didn’t have an Id card or anything to prove that he was from Spinny.
He was very much arrogant.
Did not show his Driving license even after asking.
I was told it will take 30-45 minutes of inspection. It took 1 hour 45 minutes and yet didn’t receive any inspection report. I received a detailed report highlighting the pros and cons of my previous car from other vendors.
He had open the bonnet atleast 4 times while inspecting. This could have been done in one or two.
