I had a terrible experience with Spinny. Initially, they evaluated my vehicle and even shared the sale agreement. Everything seemed fine, and they sent someone to pick up the vehicle. I requested the agreed amount to be released to my account, but that’s when everything took a wrong turn.
Out of nowhere, they started making excuses about issues with the insurance and began questioning the accuracy of the odometer reading. The whole situation felt like a complete scam. Eventually, they canceled the deal without any valid reason, which was extremely frustrating.
To make matters worse, their team damaged my vehicle during the inspection. On top of that, they asked me to disable the FASTag and remove my dashcam. Now, I am left with the damage to my car, and no one from Spinny is taking responsibility. Their executives have gone silent, and I have no way to reach them.
I would never recommend Spinny to anyone. They operate unethically and lack accountability. AVOID them at all costs!
