Very bad experience from Spinny. Purchased a Nexon from Spinny Park, Wagholi. The vehicle had an issue with one of the sensors.
However, within a few days of purchase, I noticed that the TPMS sensor was showing a malfunction on the dashboard. Additionally, the air in the rear right tire was depleting quickly an issue I had asked the Spinny team to investigate.
I handed over the car to Spinnys service team trusting that the issue would be resolved under the warranty. Despite repeated follow-ups for 11 days, I received only vague responses and no clear resolution from my assigned Experience Manager, Mr. Anubhav Gupta.
I requested my car to be returned on 19th June 2025, but was shocked to observe the following new and unresolved issues:
🚨 Issues on Return:
Original TPMS sensor issue was not resolved.
Rear right wheel air leak was not fixed.
Now both sensors(rear right and front left) were non-functional.
Fuel indicator had stopped working.
Fuel tank was emptied, despite me refueling ₹;1000 petrol before the service.
Odometer reading increased by 134 km, indicating unauthorized use.
Experience Manager Anubhav Gupta failed to provide any valid explanation for these serious lapses.
DO NOT TRUST Spinny!
Utterly disappointing experience!
Regret my decision!
Its been over a month now. They stopped picking up calls including Shrutik(sales representative). They refuse to entertain any service inspite of buying additional warranty of 3 years(Spinny Assured+) and paving extra money of 8K+
I spent so much money just to get disappointment.
