In the game of football specially the NFL football we have to look at the sportsmanship between the players. Not only between the players of the same team, but from those on the opposite team.
Yes football is a high paying sport here in America and many men try their best when its training camp to show the coach they are the one for the job. But what about sportsmanship? Does the NFL players have respect for other players? What abot coaches and how they treat their players and other coaches during game time? Here is what I feel about sportsmanship in the NFL.
First off let me just say, yes Im a NFL Pittsburgh Steeler fan. I have been for many years since I was a child. I feel that Bill Cowher shows great sportsmanship towards his team. He manages them great and he shows respect to each player. He isnt the type of coach who will not play a person just because he thinks they think differently then he does. He feels that if they are good enough to get the job done, then they are the ones for the starting position.
I have seen him show great respect towards all the NFL coaches and players. Yes like any coach in the NFL he has his bad times. He can show anger when something wrong happend on the field, or when he feels the ref gave a bad call. You will see him show great enthesiasm when his players make a great play. So I think he is doing a great job as the head coach of the Team.
As for the players I also agree that they as well show great respect and good sportsman like conduct towards their own team and other players. Yes I do have to say that NOT every player has the same attitude when they win or lose as others do, but I dont really see too much anger and hate towards other team mates when they lose a football game. Instead you hear the other teams saying how good the other players done in that game and gives them credit for their victory.
I feel the NFL football league does show great leadership and respect and great sportsman like conduct on and off the field.(MOST THE PLAYERS AND COACHS).
One last thing I would like to say is Im happy that the NFL and the players all decided to not
have any games the weekend of the attack.
