Reference Complaint No. TN79555, I have Angelica 8 inch mattress( 33000 rupees) brand new, bought on 20th February 2015, my complained to the call center was registered on the very next day as the mattress was defective, the mattress stitching has been done incorrectly and thats why its a U shape mattress with height more on sides and center is dipped.
The guy Ramesh( oh my god what attitude) is apparently the only guy in Maharashtra to assign customer complaints, so obviously he doesnt have time, did come to the house and told me that there is a fault, however he shall not replace it as he thinks I can manage, on insisting he gave me Sumatis Number, and till date I have called her 100 times but she is never in office usually some personal problem . I have been cheated as now nobody is responding and they are not changing my mattress .
PLEASE DO NOT BUY KURL ON, they really are in no customer satisfaction business .
