Don't bother with Customer Service

Customer service is so bad I want to smash my $350 smartphone. Endless hold times (I racked up 186 minutes in three calls on one day and I have now spent about 20 hours on hold trying to get the same problem fixed); nobody can ever actually do anything. They always have to transfer you and then they just ’’put in ’’ a service order. I have talked to four different ’’supposed’’ supervisors who have promised to personally take care of the problem and call me back, good thing I didn’t hold me breath, because I haven’t heard back from them yet. Don’t bother with email either! On three separate occasions, the second two were out of sheer frustration while on hold, I have written them email. The standard answer is a boiler plate, ’’We try to provide the best service possible, please contact us at...’’ then the give the 1800 number for customer service. What a joke!
